The parts you can see below are often manufactured from 2D customer drawings but we will often convert them into 3D CAD and reproduce the shapes on the CNC. This allows us to project manage the casting solution from start to finish, with our casting knowledge making the procedure hassle free and cost effective.

    Method sheets are introduced at the beginning of the casting process to ensure continuity in the casting run, along with periodic visual checks as the casting passes through each stage in the foundry.
